In 1862, timber getter Tom Petrie arrived on Buderim.
150 years on, B150 acknowledges and celebrates the strong indigenous community spirit that existed then, and the vibrant and inclusive community spirit that has grown through the years and is so strong today.
The Buderim War Memorial Community Association (BWMCA) is spearheading this year-long program of community events and initiatives, designed to make Buderim’s community spirit even stronger.
